Conditions of transport:

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment and with a copy of the purchase invoice.

Shipments will be insured according to the Land Transport Law (LOTT).
If you wish to extend the coverage of the transport insurance, it should be indicated at the time of placing the order and a quote will be made.
Hidromontelec, is not responsible for the damages generated during the shipment of the goods that are not insured by the addressee or excluded from the LOTT insurance.

Services shall be provided from Monday to Friday.
Holidays and Saturdays are excluded in the time calculation.

The name and address of destination provided are under your responsibility and will not be checked by Hidromontelec, except in case of serious risk or order of the competent authority.

The transit time will be 48-72 hours.
Not considered failure to comply with delivery time caused by absence or change of address of the recipient, recipient or unknown address, non-payment of postage, supplies or refunds, closure for vacations, force majeure or acts of God or others not attributable to our transport agency.
In case of not being able to make the delivery will be notified to the addressee, if no response is obtained on his part the material will return to the facilities of HIDROMONTELEC.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport.
These prices may vary depending on the weight and volume of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases in a single order. We do not group several orders in the same shipment.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION IN SPAIN (PENINSULA):

Promotion applicable for shipments within the peninsula (Spain) for orders from 100 Euros + VAT, provided that the weight or cubic capacity of the package does not exceed 15 kilos and payment is made by transfer to our account (prepaid), bank card, sepa b2b or cash on delivery”.

Return conditions:

The law In accordance with the provisions of the European E-Commerce Regulation, approved on September 20, 2011, only recognizes the consumer the right of return within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt.
Electronic equipment (coin selectors, push buttons, pilots…) are excluded from return.

Also, and in accordance with the same regulations, HIDROMONTELEC only assume the costs if the item is returned for being defective, and are exempt from this payment any other reason.
Therefore, shall be borne by the buyer the costs of returning the item in the event that does not meet their expectations (transport, administrative formalities and commissions outside HIDROMONTELEC).

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract within the period indicated above.
Once the withdrawal has been communicated, you must return the goods in the same conditions in which they were delivered to you.
It is essential that the product to be returned is in its original condition, must not be used or damaged, must be in the original box, keep the labels, original packaging and accessories included in the box.

HIDROMONTELEC, for its part, will refund the amount of the order as soon as possible.
No revocations of orders or returns of goods outside the period indicated (14 days), or returns of used or damaged items will be accepted.
